Order Confirmation
When your order is placed on our Website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email serves as confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to It's a Blooming Business. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
Order Status

Substitution/Seasonal Flowers
If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vase, balloon, etc., the florist may substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. We select the most creative florists to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability. In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color.
Delivery Time Requests
We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request, however we CANNOT GUARANTEE an exact time of delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic and rush hour deliveries. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays. Please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Normal delivery hours, seven days a week, are between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Same-Day Delivery is available during non-holiday times.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to many schools' and goverment security regulations, delivery to schools and government buildings cannot be guaranteed.
Due to hospital restrictions, floral and plant deliveries cannot be made to any special care units, including ICU and CCU.
Delivery During Peak Holiday Times
The floral and gift business experiences an increased volume of orders during major holiday periods, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. While we ordinarily can guarantee delivery on the exact date you choose for delivery, the high volume of orders we handle during major holidays prevents us from guaranteeing delivery during those weeks. During these times, we may ask you during checkout to select alternate delivery dates in the event we cannot meet your originally requested date. Please keep this in mind when placing all your holiday orders.
Changes and Cancellation
If there is a change or you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to accommodate a request when possible. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. If your order has already been sent out or shipped for delivery we will be unable to change it. If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it
Refunds
There will be up to a 20% refund of any item(s). We will research the problem and then make a determination on the final remedy.
